Since updating my account to monthly sim only, my voicemail and personal
hotspot have both stopped working.My connection is also very poor -
often I’m unable to stream videos from my phone.
I have My O2 - it states I have unlimited data. I’m not sure what this
would effect voicemail & personal hotspot? I am able to connect to the
internet.
