My data just randomly stopped working, my calls and texts work however i paid the bill and i restarted my phone and it still wont work and let me turn on hotspot, when i press it the button will show green however i wont see the 5g on the top right corner

If your bill was paid late it can take up to 48 hours to reconnect your data.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Set up a direct debit if you don't have one to avoid further problems.
