@NatalieBark

Some things to try:

Check data roaming is on in phone settings.

Manually search for another network

Turn off 5g

Enable 4g calling (if on contract)

Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Hmm. "...all data & texts work..." though, ergo roaming and data roaming are on...

The "manually search for another network" might clear it, as would rebooting (power off and power on) your handset, most likely, @NatalieBark - and if manually searching, use any carrier, even those that might show as "forbidden". Good luck.

Manually searching and using a different network is usually the fix, as included in the catch all above.

Thanks for the repetition.

The other networks do not give any signal… and APN  changed from idata to mobile - no result… another O2 number works fine… very frustrating

@NatalieBark

Message O2 on one of the socials then. Send a DM and keep pushing them if they go quiet on you.
