Hi I have noticed since the switch over from virgin my statements have increased please could we amend this and find me a better plan. I also saw the upgrade offer but am not sure if this applies to me. Could I please speak to someone regarding this so that I’m not paying as much as I have been. I should have done this much earlier I am aware but unfortunately I was unable to due to managing other priorities.
