Activating Amazon Prime Offer

I have an existing Prime subscription which expires on 1st August. I got an offer from O2 on 3rd July valid for 28 days (expires in 31st July) but Prime won’t let me activate it until after my current subscription expires (1st August).

How do I get this offer validated within the 28 days? Will O2 honour this obstacle caused by Prime or not let me have the offer knowing I cannot activate the offer while it is valid?

You'll lose it unless activated within 28 days.

Use a different email address or ask Amazon to cancel current one immediately.
