My phone will not make or receive calls in USA

Hi, I arrive in the USA on sat 31st May 2025. Despite having a bolt on for unlimited calls, data and text whilst here my phone will not make or receive calls.  I cannot call customer services ( as phone will not work) the O2 virtual assistant asks me to download the 02 app but when I try to do so my laptop there is a note stating 'not available in your country'. and when I try and do it on my phone I get a note stating 'not available on any of your devices'  Could someone please suggest how I contact O2 to resolve this. Thanks
