Unexpected Charge - need refund

I have been charged £57 (!!!!) for Minutes on last month’s bill and have absolutely no idea why. I have unlimited minutes on my plan, and did not call anyone overseas or spend any time overseas. I’m not able to double check my Feb calls as I only just realized now that the charge went through, but I know for sure that I didn’t call any numbers that have charges. This is a mistake and I need to get this refunded, as I am in financial trouble due to losing all my income as a result of the virus. Not able to speak to anyone at all as it is not deemed as urgent, and Live Chat is off. Please help!

Your bill should show you what calls incurred charges so you would be able to see yourself.

Thanks for this. I tried to check on here but unfortunately you can only see details of all calls/charges on your most recent bill. As the unexpected charge happened in February I can’t see any details beyond the fact that it fell under the minutes category. Any ideas how to see further bill details for a previous bill?
