Hi, We are going around in circles.
We Have Virgin Business Broadband and home phone.
We originally purchased two mobile phones from Virgin Media Mobile.
We then got tranfered to O2.
The Credit Agreement is with "virgin Mobile" and we have 12 months left on the loan.
We have contacted all the differnt numbers for o2 and virgin mobile and we cannot find the correct one.
If you log in to the agrement site for virgin mobile agreement it says to contact o2 to pay off the agreement. We phone o2 and they havent a clue and send us to virgin media. We end up at Virgin Business??
This is so frustrating! So we thought, look at the direct debit and pay an extra payment... no virgin mobile bank details.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

Ok we shall try the facebook and twitter routes, thanks. FYI : we can access the agreement, we know how much needs paying off. But they neglected to give any information apart from contacting o2. Which puts us in the loop of never ending communication with o2(india) and virgin Mobile(india)....and they havent a clue what we are trying to do.
For a communication companies i find this astonishing, frustrating and ridiculous. They dont deserve to be in business.

The social media team are all based in the UK. That's why they are better to deal with. You may have to nudge them more than once but they are much better at sorting issues out.
