Unable to cancel disneyplus extra

I can’t see the option to cancel my Disney plus extra on your site.

Unfortunately what’s in the guide wasn’t the same for me on the site. In the end I called 202 to resolve.

You have to cancel in the app. I tried when logged into my account on a PC first, but could not see the 'Extra' section in My O2. It was only when I downloaded the app and logged into that I was able to see the 'Extra' heading, I was then able to cancel from there.
