I am in Bali and needed to use my phone. So I bought a bolt on for £6 a day. All good so far.
However, still while in Bali, I need to cancel this bolt on so I don’t get charged tomorrow.
I have opened my o2 app to chat to o2. Error message- server unavailable. Server was available when I made purchase.
i have tried texting 23336 - text unable to go through. Does anyone have a number to call o2 from outside uk?
