Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I lost my phone last week, I have a replacement phone coming this week and need a new sim card, there's an issue though the address on my account is my old address and I don't have my mobile to get the security code which is required to update my address through the website, I also lost my ID at the same time (Passport and Drivers license) so can't go into the store, is there any other way I can get a replacement sim card? Or any other form of ID that would be accepted in the store?

You need to report the loss to O2, @BWood - they will block your old SIM and phone so any finder cannot rack up a bill for which you are liable - and part of that process triggers them sending you a replacement SIM to go into the phone you have sourced already. Info here: Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

Good luck!
