My o2 app still saying I haven’t paid my bill after paying it

I was a couple of days late paying my iPad bill what was £11:30, so I paid it yesterday on my bank card from a message I received saying I had to pay it or they would contact my credit score Agency and I would go against my score so I had contacted virtual chat and they said it had been paid into a different account being my mobile phone account what I’d already paid but she say the mistake and transferred it over and my balance was 0, but it’s still saying that I still owe the money

It can take up to 48 hours to clear your account.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
