Hello,
I recently upgraded my ipad to a new iphone SE (on the 08/11) which I arranged to be delivered today 17/11. I have checked for an update on the track my order section of My O2 but it does not appear on there. Can you please check the status of this order please. The order number is ms-[removed].

Hi @Anonymous The order tracking service is not working at the moment...You will get an email when the device has been dispatched..

Hi @Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking to here. We are all customers like you. Did you receive a dispatch email as the device may not be in stock. I suggest you call customer service to check your order
