New sim order

Hi I ordered a new sim on 22/12/2025. It’s said it’s been dispatched and will take 1-3 days but still have received it? Can you tell me when it will come?

We are all customers like yourself and do not have access to your account to track any delivery. I would suggest waiting a few more days as it can be delayed due to the holiday season and new years. If it still doesn't arrive you can contact O2 here or you could check with Royal Mail.

The Christmas post isn't too reliable and can take 7-10 days at this time of year

Which would you use, 1st or 2nd based on the stats below from last year?

Royal Mail is required to meet specific delivery performance targets across the whole financial year, excluding the Christmas period. Among other targets, Royal Mail must:

 - deliver 93% of First Class mail within one working day of collection; and
 - deliver 98.5% of Second Class mail within three working days of collection.

Royal Mail has acknowledged, as of 23rd May 2025, that it did not meet the above performance targets in 2024/25, as it:

 - delivered 76.5% of first class mail within one working day of collection; and
 - delivered 92.2% of second class mail within three working days of collection.
