Talktalk port - Where is my discount ?

I recently decided to move from Talktalk because of promised discount of 25% on O2 standard prices.

I have been told to wait for 48 hours before discount is applied. The 48 hour deadline is fast approaching with no sign of the discount. Is anybody else having problems ?

Mine took 3 days to show in my bolt ons.

Yipee !... after about 4 days my discount is now showing as an applied bolt on: "-£3 Airtime Discount for 12 months"... you just have to be patient !

Update: had Bill and paid it. Still no discount as stated when moved from Talktalk and o2 customer services were as useless as a chocolate tea pot.
