Last Sept 2021 my 7 month old phone went in for repair as the volume wasn't working... 7 months later they still have the phone.... well let's say they acknowledge recipt of it from the store bt still I've been paying a contract for 7 months when I've had no phone! Can I just demand a replacement.  To say I'm annoyed is an understatement . Store says they are just the postmen .

Certainly far too long for a repair! No excuse for that. You need to contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
