In October 2022 I signed up for an 18 month Virgin broadband contract and was supposed to get an O2 sim as part of this. The sim never arrived and I tried unsuccessfully to contact O2 about this, but I can't see that I ever got sent account details for O2. Having never received the sim, I don't know what the phone number for my O2 sim is. But I'm still getting charged each month. I'm now finally able to cancel as the contract was 18 months - but I have no idea how to do this with no account details. Virgin are being predictably useless. Surely O2 can find my account as they have my bank details in order to take money off me every month. Does anyone know how I can contact them? Many thanks.
