Please can you tell me why my bill as 2 iTunes payments being taken from me. I know I pay 9.99 a month but I don’t know who is the 11.49 for. Can you give me some information about this please. Is this fraudulent?

You need to ask Apple what they are billing you for as O2 just pass on the charges received.
