Hello,
So I have been scammed by Snack Games and they have been taking money from me via O2 for over a year. I know, I know I used check my bills when they were paper based and for a long time I couldn't get in to my "MyO2" hence this has happened.
Anyway, I contacted O2 and they barred Snack Games. I then contacted Snack Games and they offered me about a quarter of the money they have taken in total and asked for my bank details to issue the refund. So before I say to them that they need to refund more money I need to ask a stupid question...
Can they only refund me via my bank? I don't want to give my bank details to scammers, but they can't refund me via O2 biling can they, which is how they originally got my money. Who has received a refund from Snack Games and how did they get the refund?
Thanks for your help.

Usually they issue a cheque that can be cashed at any post office but to answer your question, yes, it's safe to give them your bank details. They can't withdraw any money with just your account and sort code number.
