If you can, try your SIM in another phone, if it works then, your phone is faulty, if not you'll need a new SIM which your local O2 shop can sort out for you for free .

If you don't have access to another phone, you can ask in your local O2 shop to test it for you too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What phone do you have?

Try taking out the sim, clean and replace, then reboot the phone.

Maybe reset/restore. Sometimes the sim card tray is dirty or dusty.

Hi @vnuala, I was wondering if you got the chance to try out any of the above suggestions? Any progress?
