I received my S20+ yesterday but it says sim not provisioned even though my new sim is installed. What do I need to do next?

You can do a sim swap to use the new 5g sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Use your old 4g sim if an upgrade and you don't need 5g,

or give customer service a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2
