How long does it take for 02 to transfer number to new sim please

Usually very quickly. though can take up to 24-28 hrs in some cases.. Keep rebooting your phone.

It may take longer as it's the weekend, so if it hasn't happened by Monday, give customer services a call

Is this an O2 to O2 SIM swap or a port in from another network?
