I gave a pac code for my daughter number to come across to O2 on Wednesday and her number still hasn't moved over to o2

Common Issues

• Processing Time: After submitting your PAC code, the transfer usually takes 1-2 working days. Delays can occur if the request is made after business hours or on weekends.

• Activation Requirements: Your new SIM must be activated before the transfer date. If not activated on time, the transfer may not proceed.
