Retention phone number from pay as you go to monthly

I received my new phone just before lockdown and requested to retain my o2 PAYG number. The process started and got as far as PAYG releasing the number. THIS NUMBER IS NOW DEAD AND I STILL HAVE THIS TEMP NO. bank accounts etc are attached to the old number and also all my friends and family have it too so I am now out of contact during this closedown period. Can someone please please get my old number connected to this new phone??

This is not something we can do for you from the forum as we cannot access accounts. I will post a link to the help and support page for keeping your number. There is a form you can fill in that will allow you to keep your number. Hi. Good Morning .
It has been about three months that I have hired you company.
And they said that in three months I was going to send a mobile.
Only so far I have not received a message or an email.
To collect or that my mobile has arrived.

How can I get an answer? I have tried to get a phone number, a chat or an email, to contact you.
And without success.
