My Orders in My O2 not worked since last year.I keep getting the below error message and have spoken to customer service about it a few times but still not sorted. Has this happened to anyone else?  
So on the 11th of this month I upgraded from the Xperia 1v to the z fold 5 but my account hasn't updated since then and still shows I have the Xperia and the old tariff that I had with it. It still says on my account that they are sorting my upgrade....
Hi I've just pre-ordered the Z Fold 5 and was told like the website says delivery is 11/08 yet Samsung and other networks are saying from the 04/08. Just wondering why O2 is a week behind? Cheers 
So I've been into an o2 store and told I can only switch up every 90 days (4 times a year) but according to the website it says whenever you want and no mention of this 90 days policy. It's only because I can't quite get used to the phone I recently ...
Sorry, not sure if in right category. So I seen the Z fold 4 512GB on special offer reduced price (Cheaper than the 256GB) so obviously the preferred choice.However... No store currently stocks the 512GB model anymore I'm told and stores cannot order...
