@Julieharding57 Report it, to O2 AND the Police, get the phone itself blacklisted so whoever half-inched it can't run up your phone Bill.

If you have insurance on your phone, it'll cost you a £30 excess but it's worth it to get a new phone in case you don't get your own one back.
