Hi I just wanted to say I’m on holiday and I have lost my O2 SIM card and wanted to ask if I can get a new sim.

You will need to contact customer service on the number from abroad here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You should also report your sim lost as to avoid a big bill if someone finds it and uses it.

Yes you can easily enough and you need to call them  to get the sim blocked and a new one to be delivered to your UK address.

I'm intrigued......how do people lose sims ?

I have never removed my sim from my phone.....why would I ?

Not sure if this is the case but, maybe like me, they have 2 and keep changing them? International calls are expensive so, I have to use 2 to talk to my family wink

Same here @Beenherebefore...At one point I did have two phones when I went to Spain..one had an O2 sim in the other had a Spanish sim....so I cheated a bit until O2 Travel came in.....
