You should also report your sim lost as to avoid a big bill if someone finds it and uses it.

Yes you can easily enough and you need to call them to get the sim blocked and a new one to be delivered to your UK address.

Not sure if this is the case but, maybe like me, they have 2 and keep changing them? International calls are expensive so, I have to use 2 to talk to my family

Same here @Beenherebefore...At one point I did have two phones when I went to Spain..one had an O2 sim in the other had a Spanish sim....so I cheated a bit until O2 Travel came in.....
