Recent itemised calls

Hi guys, hope you’re all well

Is there a way to view recent itemised calls since the last bill? For example; my last bill was the 26th of March, I can view all itemised calls for that bill up to that date. However, I need to view calls that I made/received on the 1st of April, any way to do that please, without having to wait till the 26th?

You could look hereand they may show, although this is usually after a bill has been generated.

Unless they are showing in your phones call log then the only other way would be to contact customer services. They should be able to help as you have a specific date to give them https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Yes there is.

• Open your bill in My O2 (web}
• scroll down to view and print older bills
• click on 'recent charges' in left column
• then use the drop down box for calls, texts and data

You can only view calls made, not received.

You would have to use your phone's log for received calls.
