On my O2 account I can see an "active" Data Roaming Zone 1 Bolt On and an O2 Travel Bolt On. I have used both in the past.
On a recent trip to Canada (Zone 1), I expected the Data Roaming Bolt On to be used first, and O2 Travel daily as needed (I used only data, no calls or SMS). However I was charged for O2 Travel every day and the Data Roaming Bolt On did not get used.
My question is what is going on? Shouldn't the Data Roaming Bolt On be used first? If not how do you use it?

It does happen at times, you can contact O2 to refund the erroneous charges for O2 Travel: Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - use the X DM link or the Messenger link, and be persistent. Good luck, @secret1
