you can't report it 24 hours. only office hour via the phone and till 11pm in live chat. that's very bad. im so angry on them

even if you stay on the line, the automatic voice says that they are close and cut the line. you can't report it out of hours

That should never happen @Anonymous. It is meant to be a 24 hr service as per guide here http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device

Yes I remember that Rich...just after 8pm as I recall. Appalling if this is the case particularly with lost and stolen devices. Something for @MercedesS @Martin-O2 or @Marjo to investigate asap?.
