I cannot understand why I am charged £1 per day on my pay as you go account. This has only recently started and I only use my phone for emergencies. How can I stop this £1 deduction

I have just swapped my sim from a pay as you go to a pay monthly contract ,what happens to the credit that I had on that sim.

How can O2 justify charging me £27.58 for one call to book a holiday? The Cunard component is 3p per minute. I have sent in a complaint, rang, emailed but no joy whatsoever. I am now looking for another mobile provider.
