You may also be able to change it yourself in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 by following the links to "Manage my details"

Hi @Anonymous your not talking to O2 here, we are just customers like yourself, you should be able to update your address by calling customer service on 202 (best to call between 08:30-9am to ensure you get through with the minimum of wait).

You can also update it in MyO2, go to the bills section and select update billing address and O2 will text you a code to confirm you are you and you can then edit it
