Resolved! Address not updating

Hi i needed a proof of address so I thought I use o2 bills. When I clicked download bills my old address came up. I changed the billing address but on the bill its still the old address. And live chat not working either... any ideas?

Resolved! Change Direct Debit Date

Hi, I will be starting a new job this week and I would like to change my current direct debit date to conicide with my new pay date. Would this be possible? If so, i'd like to change from the 16th to the 1st of each month. Regards
