How can I turn off Big Bundle Auto Top Up online? No help whatsoever on this site!

Sadly I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible to turn off autotop online. I also tried to do this by phone but the person I spoke to do seemed unable to do this as well. She said she would phone me back about the matter but I never received a call. Pretty shameful all round!
