Is there any way I can request a record of calls made to my phone? Thank you

If you just want to see numbers you called and when, you can do so by following this guide.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? and clicking on your calls for each month going back for 2 years.

Unfortunately not, O2 don't record your calls unless it's to customer service
