Hi, my phone is not working abroad, I have roaming on and correct tarrif set up with 02 for abroad etc. Tried a turn off phone, cleaned simm, any ideas

Try manually selecting a different network and if using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Spoken to someone at 02 help center on the phone and they are sending me a new sim to try then following up to see if that works. Nothing else worked so far. Thanks

Unlikely to be a SIM issue.
More likely a bar on the account.
