For the 4th time your payment system isn't working, since you changed it payments aren't being made. My bank tries to pay you but you decline it. Why is it so hard to pay you?

@Chris832 This is not O2. This is a customer community. If you're having an issue with a payment you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
