I need to speak to a specialist in regard's to an wrong phone being ordered for an upgrade. The store claim they have cancelled the order however customer services claim they cannot see this. I in error selected an iphone 14 for instore collection the same day however i wanted an iphone 14 pro max. This was last week, however my account is still showing as upgraded to an iphone 14 but this phone has never been collected. I need my account reverted back to as it was so i can reorder an upgrade for the correct model. I have been sent around in circles for days by customer services and the store, being on hold for hours and hours, passed to returns teams who never answer then cut you off, I am a new customer to O2 and so far this is the worst experience i have ever had when placing an order with anyone. Can a specialist please help.
