I have a £30 default from 02 since 2021 and have been trying to rectify this for 2 years now. I visited an 02 shop and was given 02 Telefonica UK LTD’s account details to make the payment which I have done.
02 cannot find my account on the system. I don’t exist to them but I have them listed on my credit report. What do I do?

Also, you can add a notice of correction to your credit file.
This will put doubt into the validity of the default and the credit agencies will be forced to question O2 about it.
