I have a Samsung gt-s5360 on pay as you go which I just want to use for making and receiving phone calls. I top -up £15 each month. Unfortunately, each month, after 30 days or so all my remaining credit gets used up by charging me £1 a day for data usage. I never browse the internet or use social media on my phone so I'm upset that my credit just gets wasted when I would like to make it last longer. I thought I could solve this by turning off the Background data under Setting - General Sync Settings - Background Data but this has not worked and I am stumped. Any suggestions as to how to get my phone to work just as a phone would be very welcome.
