I need a new sim please. I think I have kept using my old sim each time I upgraded, but my phone is constantly conking out, I’m not receiving messages and usage is just appalling so maybe it’s the sim…

Best way is to go in store with photo ID.

If you order through customer services, they will disconnect your current sim, so you will be without a phone until new sim arrives in the post.
