Trying all day to connect to customer service

I woke up today to a message to say my calls have been barred, both incoming and outgoing. I am desperately trying to get in touch with customer services, but I live by myself and only have one device. I can't even call the free 8202 or 202 from my phone because they've even barred that!  I went into the city centre on the bus to a shop but they told me that they don't handle customer services and tried to put me through on a landline. - over an hour later, I didn't get anywhere and had to get back to work. 

 

I've literally been trying all day long to get through via the chat function, I'd say 8 hours now I've been in the queue. At one point I got through and I couldn't respond to the agent's message, it seemed like it'd opened a separate chat and I could see their messages but when I went to reply, it took me back to the main chat so they couldn't see mine - its just been the absolute worst! 

 

I've been so stressed and anxious - I'm still waiting in the queue for the chat in the vein hope that I will get an other agent.
