PAC - trying to get this. No response via text

HI , im trying to get my pac so as to leave o2. 

There is no response via text. I have tried 3 times. 

I only have one number on the account. 

It also says to try via MY O2 but there is no option when i look in MY O2 to do this. Can anyone help please?

If texting  PAC to 65075 doesn't work for you, you will need to call o2.
