All connections have disappeared from My O2

I’m currently abroad and have been using mobile data in a country I believe was previously included in O2 travel.

Today I’ve noticed it’s no longer included in O2 travel. The roaming text message I received did not mention what the cost is per mb.

I’ve since been trying to log in to My O2 to find out if I’ve been price gouged for the past 2 days. To my surprise none of my connections are appearing in My O2.

I am able to login normally but the only service that appears is O2 WiFi. I have tried re-adding my phone number but it says the number is already registered with a MyO2 account. The My O2 app is displaying the same. All my connections had been showing on this account the last time I checked which was a month or two ago.

Any advice would be appreciated.

@PhoneDoc

What country and how long have you been abroad?

Also it sounds like the same thing a lot of people have been mentioning and it is been migrated to the new billing platform.

The only thing we can suggest is to contact o2 on +44 344 809 0202 or use Skype and call +44 800 902 0217 you can send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

The numbers can also be found here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
