O2 still haven't paid

02 need to pay me a refund been going on a while now the advisers on the phone do not help. I went in to my local o2 store and thay will not help either. When this is resolved I will never shop at 02 again very bad customer service. Can Anyone give me advice about my problem

it's for a new contract I took out then cancelled because I found a better deal the adviser told me I would be refunded since then nothing.
