Where’s my credit gone?

I topped up with my credit card to get my unlimited calls and texts and then I added another £10 to make a text message purchase so I thought I had £5 left and then I downloaded the app to get a further £5 credit and last week I paid another £10 for my bundle so in my mind I should still have £10 left but my balance is £0 and I haven’t spent anything outside of my bundle so where’s it gone!?!

 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
