Has anyone had difficulty getting money back from O2 they have owed me £11.00 since 5th October Everyone I have spoken to says they cant do anything about it. However they are good at harrasing me for the £7.99 I couldnt pay because they took out the £11.00. I hasten to add they should not have taken it because I cancelled an order within 14 days as I was supplied with a faulty product.

Hi Andy,
I would complain to Customer Services on 202 direct from your phone, as it's much faster than using Social Media, and also, when you call them, ask to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor, to escalate the issue.
