all i want to do is cancel Mobile Broadband BPI Subscription that i havent used in years but they keep taking the money for it i have tryed to do on the site but the crappy ai just has you going around in loops it should not be this hard to cancel last time they telling me i need to go to an 02 store to ask them did that they said they cant do it you need to do it online yet i cannot im probley just going get my bank to stop them taking it if they do not cancel Mobile Broadband BPI Subscription

Don't contact your bank @debonlr and stop your payments. All you will do is end up with a debt to O2 that will be sold to debt collectors. That will be hassle and will lead to your credit score being trashed too.

Cancelling your Direct Debit will just end up with the debt collection agency and a black mark on your credit file
