I this is an esim give customer service a call

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Hi , I ordered an iPad one week ago and had the confirmation email and the upfront cost is still pending in my bank account but it still hasn’t been dispatched and not sure whether I’ll still receive it ? Will I still be expecting an iPad as I haven’t heard anything off them for a week even though it had been confirmed ?

If you have had all of the contract emails but not a despatch email then chances are it is out of stock (o2 don't have a live stock system - everything shows as in stock when you order).
If you want to find out what is going on, the only thing you can do is call.
The numbers we know to work are in the link below - the one ending 4005 seems to be answered the most frequently.
